Big beer isn't going to die in its sleep. It's also unlikely to change its central mission and start making their products tastier. What we can expect is that the giants will start buying up the little guys.
After all, they have the cash and they have the brewing knowledge to make the process cheaper and better. Beer lovers have to pay attention as their favorite breweries change hands. Will the beer change?
